Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as confident in your Glucose Goddess apparel as you do in your wellness journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your original mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive an automated notification that your return is in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
